i always feel really bad going upstairs after spending time with my dog

like i dont want him to be lonely??? but like he cant go most places in the house (he falls down stairs if he has access to them) but idk what im even saying anymore. i make sure to always spend time with him and walk him at least three miles a day but i still feel awful if im somewhere where he cant go
